      Well, the t-shirt on the left, being worn by Sonny, is Sonja being strangled by Sonny. The t-shirt on the right, being worn by Dean, is Niella being strangled by Sonny. So I guess that might be "ghosts" plural, and they both might be coming after Sonny.
