Killer Cluedo Supporting Art

The Killer Cluedo cards have been a major project. More hours than I care to count have gone into making the art for those cards. That art generally gets cropped, shrunk, and otherwise edited before being incorporated into the card, and as a result, a lot of the details are lost. I think a lot of this art stands on its own, so I'm going to publish some of that supporting art here.

That picture at the top of the page is Frank (AKA LasPhAsuc1) strangling me (as Dee). You may notice the absence of a garrote around my neck. That's because the original was a silhouette, and so there was no need to include the rope.

The first pictures here are the original rendered pictures for each of the suspects. They are Aletessa, Fawn, Grace, Irina, Jessica, Johanna, Julia, Niella (me), Sonja, Toni, and Wendy.

Next, Let's look at the art that was used for the rooms. Each room has a lovely dead body in it. I actually cheated and re-rendered the picture for the ballroom to be a close-up of the corpse, keeping it more in line with the art for the rest of the rooms. Rooms and bodies are Ballroom (Jessica), Billiard Room (Fawn), Conservatory (Niella/me), Dining Room (Irina), Hall (Toni), Kitchen (Wendy), Library (Aletessa), Lounge (Sonja), Study (Grace).

Not all of the supporting art had to be cropped or edited much, so I won't post all of it, but the Sonja Moves First card definitely benefits from showing the full version.

Now we can see that the ladies suspended against the wall are, from left to right, Julia, Aletessa, Grace, Irina, Toni, Jessica, Niella (me), and Wendy.

There is also some benefit to showing the full version of these Moves First supporting art pieces.

In the original picture of Aletessa being distracted by a book, there was no silhouette effect, so you can see that it's Frank (LasPhAsuc1) strangling me (Dee) unnoticed.

In these 3 pictures, Irina is so distracted that she doesn't notice the approach of the killer, and Sonja and I (Niella) are so distracted we don't notice her being murdered. With the silhouette effect removed, you can see that it is me (as Dean) strangling her.

As Dean, I get to distract both Fawn and Grace. These weren't too badly cropped on the final card images, but it's fun to repost them at full size anyway.

Julia gets distracted by Billie. They pay no attention to the dead Sonja behind them.

Toni gets distracted by Janet. They either don't notice or don't care that Grace has been pinned to the wardrobe by some sort of spear through her limp, but still trembling, sexy body.

Wendy is simply distracted by a nude picture of herself that someone has mounted in the library. Now how did that get here?

Johanna gets so distracted by Eve Baker, she doesn't notice the nasty murder weapon she's carrying. Will Johanna be Eve's next victim?

Next, I remove the silhouette effect so that we can see who is responsible for making these ladies disappear. A naked Dean (me) takes an unconscious Aletessa. Dean also chloroforms Grace. Then his sister, Dee (also me), chloroforms Irina, Dean carries off Jessica, Eve Baker zaps Johanna with a stun gun, Dee grabs Julia, Sonja drags Niella (me) into a dark room, Julia locks a bound and gagged Sonja into a box, Grace chloroforms a sunbathing Toni, and we still don't know who drags Wendy across a dungeon floor by a chain.

Moving on to the supporting art for the Consulting with Killer Cluedo cards, it seems I'm responsible for a lot of the interrogations, either as Dean or as Dee. I interrogate Aletessa, Fawn, and Grace as Dean, then Irina as Dee, and Jessica as Dean again. Eve baker steps in to interrogate Johanna, then I interrogate Julia as Dee again. Then Sonja interrogates me as Niella, only to have Julia interrogate her. Grace takes a turn and interrogates Toni, and Frank interrogates Wendy.

Finally, there is the supporting art for the murders. If you were wondering, "Who done it," well, I did a lot of the killing. First Sonja Murdered me (Niella), then Julia Murdered Sonja. Then as Dee, I murdered Julia. As Dean, I also murdered Aletessa, Fawn, Grace, Irina, and Jessica. Frank murdered Wendy and Eve Baker murdered Johanna. We still don't know who murdered Toni.
